For those of you asking about the plasma pen treatment I got it made from Klinik 34 here in Gothenburg, Sweden. I posted a pic on stories/Instagram of my more and more dropping eyelids and wondered whether they will blind me eventually. I got a lot of tips and tricks sent to me but also an opportunity to try a new topical skin rejuvenation treatment called ‘plasma pen’ supposed to stimulate collagen. Good for damaged, scared or saggy skin. Here is a before and after photo. And yes, it seems like it might have saved my eye sight for a couple of more years. In the right after-pic I have a definitely clear from eyelids sight (the dots which will fade away within a few days). The treatment did not hurt much and was gentle and artistically made by Mehtap Ok.

Goes hand in hand with the kids growing up and moving out I guess.
During the years I’ve wore makeup, plucked my eyebrows, dyed my hair etc. When it comes to “fight” aging though I’ve been like many in my social circle peers, rather torn. At least when it comes to semi natural interventions. Aging is natural, inescapable and doesn’t automatically mean that everything turns bad and ugly. From the beginning the skin care routine motivation was totally shallow and had everything to do with vanity and nothing to with health. Good thing vanity motivates healthy behaviors though. Focus has changed with a goal of being healthier in general with stress-reduction, regular exercise, healthy diet etc. And if skin care help achieving this with good routines, then why not?
