Raw cinnamon buns

When you surprise yourself by baking. This is how I did.

DOUGH

1 cup cashew

1 cup oats

1 cup dates

4 tbsp coconut oil

water as needed

1/2 cup coconut flakes

FILLING

1/2 cup dates

water

cinnamon

cardamom

Place the dough ingredients into a food processor and blend until dough-like, ad more water if needed. Place the dough in a refrigerator for a while.

Run the filling ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. Roll out the dough between two baking papers. Cover the dough with filling and roll into a cylinder. Place the dough in the refrigerator again for about 10 minutes before cutting.

Confusing with the apples I know. Forget about them, or use combined with the dates.
