Curated by Fine Little Day – Fir forest by Cecilia Pettersson

Thursday is here and wallpaper number 4 in the collection Curated by Fine Little Day is up! The collection is a collaboration with Swedish Photowall.

This gorgeous wallpaper – Fir forest is made by one of the most skillful illustrators I know, a master of lines and patterns Cecilia Pettersson.

Fir forest was initially a scene from a children’s book that I and Cecilia worked together with last year. It is also available as a poster in Fine Little Day shop. This wallpaper is more like a mural, that you kind of want to step into.

Cecilia Pettersson has a Master degree in Design from HDK, Scool for Arts and Crafts in Gothenburg, Sweden. She not only works as a designer, she is also a teacher in pattern- and graphic design.

Look what a splendid view we got from the living room now.

Tomorrow the last motif in the Curated by Fine Little Day project will be shown, it’s a wallpaper by French illustrator Steffie Brocoli.
